Project overview.
We've developed a structured framework for improving online discoverability and sales performance across a publisher's catalogue. The work begins with a thorough audit of catalogue quality and item data, identifying gaps in keyword strategy, product presentation, and merchandising approach. We then apply this framework systematically—through training, analysis, recommendations, and ongoing account management—supported by data dashboards tracking page views, conversion rates, and competitive positioning.

Challenge.
Amazon is an intensely competitive sales channel. After pandemic-driven growth, many publishers faced declining sales and lacked the visibility or systematic approach needed to improve catalogue performance.

Result.
Online sales have grown substantially for several clients, in one case becoming the dominant channel for the business and ensuring publishers were positioned to respond to ongoing changes in the market and Amazon's ecosystem. Other publishers were able to stabilise their decline and achieve better visibility of the growth opportunities.
