Project overview.
Helped turn ambition into action, developing and implementing an AI strategy for Bonnier UK. Over 18 months, we built engagement, deployed practical tools, and created the foundations for long-term capability.

Challenge.
Bonnier UK had ambition and ideas around AI, but during a period of significant structural change, bandwidth was limited and momentum had stalled. A working group existed, and draft guidelines had been developed, but there was no clear roadmap or live project to build on.

Result.
Bonnier UK now has a functioning AI strategy, practical tools in use and growing internal capability to continue independently.
